Reopen and revive the kiosks and bars at public facilities

Reopen and revive the kiosks and bars attached to public facilities and spaces that are now closed (Pompeu Fabra park, the sports hall, Tèxtil Rase, the Plaça Alzina kiosk). They are key spaces for bringing the town to life. Their concession model and fees should be reviewed, their role in animating community life recognised, and local initiatives and projects encouraged to take them on, even where upkeep is not financially profitable.
